For years, I've been watching the landscape shift.
The erosion of social capital. The thinning of guardrails. The "Double-Squeeze" on small businesses and community leaders who are trying to build something that matters while the infrastructure around them thins.
I've been sounding the alarm. But about a decade ago, I realized that sounding the alarm wasn't the work.
